FAQ · FACTS FIRST
Detailed answers, with clear limits.
This FAQ explains the local LitBuy Spreadsheet check site and public LitBuy information separately. A directory record is not a live inventory promise. For a purchase, always read the current LitBuy product page, policy and order screen before paying.
Using this subsite

Is this site LitBuy’s official storefront or a separate spreadsheet directory?
This is a separate LitBuy Spreadsheet discovery site built from the FindSpreadsheet product-data project. It is designed to organise product records, categories, local search routes, source images and available QC-image data. It is not LitBuy’s own storefront, does not create an order, and does not control a third-party seller’s stock, price or policy. Use it to research and compare; use the dedicated purchase action to open the relevant LitBuy buying route when you are ready to verify a product.
Where do search, category and product-detail links go?
They stay inside this subsite. Category cards open local category routes, searches open local result routes, and product-detail cards open local product-detail routes. This keeps browsing, sorting and image review in one place. The two intentional external handoffs are the account-registration button, which uses the supplied LitBuy invitation registration URL, and an individual product’s purchase button, which opens its LitBuy product route.
Why can a product title or price be different from what I see later on LitBuy?
The directory imports product information into a separate catalog. A seller can change a title, option, image, availability or price after import; a currency conversion can also change. Therefore the local USD figure is a comparison aid, not a final quote. Before payment, confirm the live title, exact option, price and any notices on the LitBuy purchase page. If information conflicts, treat the live purchase screen and applicable policy as the decision point.
What does the product ID do on this site?
The product ID connects the local record to a corresponding LitBuy purchase destination and gives you a stable reference for your own notes. It is useful for comparing two similar entries, naming saved images and returning to the same record. It is not a seller certificate, order number, parcel number, stock confirmation, quality score or proof of authenticity. Keep any later order or shipping reference separately in your purchase log.
Images and QC

What is the difference between the thumbnails at the top and the long images below?
The top thumbnails are the product’s merchant/Weidian image series. They show the imagery attached to the original listing and can be clicked to change the main image. The long image section below is intended for QC images when they are available for that product record. If no QC images were imported, the page falls back to the same merchant image series so the page remains continuous; it does not label merchant photos as independent inspection evidence.
Does a QC image prove that my future item will be perfect or authentic?
No. LitBuy publicly states that it provides inspection photos after items arrive, but its product-page notice also says it cannot verify the quality or authenticity of third-party goods. A QC image can document visible condition, option conformity or a particular detail of an item that reached a warehouse. It cannot prove material composition, hidden construction, long-term durability, seller consistency, legal status or authentic origin. If authentic origin is essential, buy through an authorised retail source.
Why might a product not have QC images?
QC availability depends on the imported data for that specific record. Some records may not yet have inspection imagery, some upstream data may be unavailable, and some products may only contain their source listing images. When the page has no QC set, it uses the merchant images as a visual fallback rather than displaying empty space. The absence of QC images is not evidence that an item is good, bad, in stock or unavailable; it only means the local record does not have QC images to present.
What should I inspect in an image before deciding?
Start with the decision-critical features: exact option, overall silhouette, dimensions where visible, closure, hardware, logos or labels where relevant, included parts and obvious damage. Compare the image with the exact option text you selected, not merely the main listing photo. Write down what remains unshown. Do not treat lighting, compression or a single close-up as proof of a colour, material or flaw; use precise language such as “not visible” or “unclear” when the evidence is limited.
LitBuy purchase flow and costs

What does LitBuy publicly say its service includes?
LitBuy’s public home page describes professional purchasing from Chinese marketplaces, forwarding to a LitBuy warehouse, order/inspection/shipping progress, storage, QC and inspection photos, packing/reinforcement and international shipping tools. Its Help Center includes registration, payment, order, forwarding, shipping, customs, returns, insurance and compensation topics. These are public service descriptions, not guarantees for every product or destination; check the live service and relevant policy for your own order.
Why is the item price not the final price?
LitBuy’s published flow separates purchase to its warehouse from the later international-parcel stage. Its freight estimator asks for destination, weight, product type and dimensions, so international shipping depends on information that a directory card cannot know with certainty. The final amount may also depend on the exact item option, payment conversion, selected services and destination rules. Keep the local USD item figure separate from any later parcel estimate and do not assume a fixed shipping rate.
What is the freight estimator useful for?
The estimator is a planning tool. It asks you to select a destination country and provide weight, product type and dimensions, then shows available routes/estimates under the current service configuration. Use it to test whether a bulky or heavy item could change the budget. It is not a promise of a final charge, customs outcome or delivery date. Enter honest product characteristics, read the conditions shown with the estimate, and re-check after the actual item reaches the warehouse.
What does LitBuy say about storage?
LitBuy’s public pages advertise storage of up to 120 days and state that the first 90 days are free. The Help Center also has a storage-period entry. Storage policies can change and may have conditions or charges after the free period, so verify the current rule in the service before relying on it. Do not use an old screenshot or this FAQ as the policy. Record the warehouse-arrival date and decide on your parcel plan before any relevant deadline.
Can this site tell me whether an item can legally ship to my country?
No. Import legality depends on the goods, transport method, destination and current law. LitBuy publishes prohibited-items and customs-related help topics, and its product pages can display risk notices. Check those current rules and your destination’s official import requirements before purchase. Do not use false descriptions, undervaluation or other attempts to bypass restrictions. A link existing in a directory is not evidence that shipping is lawful or permitted.
Account, privacy and help

Where does the upper-left account button go?
It goes to the LitBuy registration page using the supplied promotional invitation URL: litbuy.com/register?inviteCode=E32JME4UQ. This is intentionally different from the local search and category links. Register only after checking that the browser address is the official LitBuy domain. Use a unique password and do not share login credentials or payment data in product comments, spreadsheet notes or direct messages.
What information should I keep if something changes or I need support?
Keep the product ID, title, exact option label, price and date you checked it. Save the original listing image, option screenshot, QC images if any, order confirmation, relevant message history and the order/parcel reference supplied by the platform. Describe an issue factually: what you expected, what you observed and which dated image or record supports it. This is more useful than a general statement that a product “looks wrong.”
Does this FAQ give legal, customs, financial or authenticity advice?
No. It explains visible site behaviour and summarises limited public LitBuy service information. It is not legal, customs, tax, financial, authentication or consumer-rights advice. For a regulated product, a high-value purchase or a country-specific import question, consult the official rules or a qualified adviser. For policy questions about an order, use LitBuy’s current Help Center and support channels rather than relying on a third-party summary.
